Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1) All Refurbished equipment is by default covered by 30 Days warranty. Warranty Extensions and SLAs are available at an additional cost.

  2) The purchaser would be responsible to bear the shipment charges in case a warranty claim has been initiated.

  3) Original Payment Receipt would be required to process a warranty claim.

  4) Damage due to misuse or mishandling the product would void the warranty.
